Regiment: Household Cavalry Calvary of Line (incl Yeoman.)
16th Lancers (Queens) Battalion.
Birth Place: Chelmsford, 1889.
At Coral Road, Chelmsford 1891 census with parents Walter F and Sophia and siblings Frederick and Maud.
At Coval Road, Chelmsford 1901 census with parents Walter F and Sophia and siblings Frederick, Percy, Jessie and Harold.
By the time of the 1911 he had enlisted and was at the Netheravon Cavalry School in Wiltshire as a Private in the 16th Lancers.  (Listed as Robert Hagger in the 1911 census)
Charles ancestry can be traced back to John and Mary who were both born about 1796 and were his Great Grandparents.
