Albert was born in Hackney in 1883, the son of John Thomas Poke and Sarah Cousina (nee Jackson). His father was a furrier and he was the third of seven children of this marriage. Frederick William Relf (Fred) is cente back with pipe in mouth in the above photo. Born 20 June 1888 in Wodden near Hawkhurst in Kent. He was married 01 January 1913 at the Parish Church in Benenden, Kent to Gertrude Bridgland. James Rockey

James Rockey, son of James and Annie Rockey. Born 1898 3rd Quarter, Cardiff, Wales. He is buried in Nakuru North Cemetery, Kenya - Grave 27. He was a bachelor at the age of 20 when he died.  His record is also found on the C.W.G.C. website.  

Lawrence Heenan

Lawrence Heenan was born in 1891 in West Lothian, Scotland, one of five sons and three daughters born to Laurence Heenan and his wife Margaret. Leonard Drake Leonard was the second son of William Henry Drake and Mary Ann (formerly Robinson) of Hampstead, London, born 1890 London St Pancras. Leonard was educated in Scotland and in 1911 he was a banker in London.
