This is just the beginning!!  I have only just registered the Christmas name as a One-Name Study, so I am on a learning curve.  Watch this space I will improve my profile over time and when I learn more about the subject. I can't promise an updated picture, that is another long story!

A brief overview where I am;  I have only been researching my family tree for about 3 years, so just a novice (treat me gently!!!).  I have always been interested in my name, where does it come from, what's it meaning and more?  When I was researching my tree I kept coming across different versions of my name, it puzzled me, and some remote connections (not proven, yet!!) to Australia, America and others! 

Then I heard about the One-Name Studies and it interested me!  So here I am! Learning and doing my best to uphold the principles of the Guild!
