The talks will cover a variety of aspects of one-name studies, including techniques for data capture and analysis, the use of web platforms, sharing your stories and preserving your studies. The seminar cost including refreshments and buffet lunch is £25.00 (including VAT). Littleton is about 2.5 miles north of Winchester and served by bus route 68. Car access is via the B3420 from the A34 and there is free parking on site. Littleton Millennium Hall was a Millennium Commission project supported by funds from the National Lottery and opened in 1999. Winchester station is on the South Western main line from London Waterloo to Southampton Central., Bournemouth and Weymouth or to Portsmouth Harbour. A local map is available here. An accommodation listing is available here ; prices are very high around Winchester that weekend but more reasonable in Newbury which is 20-25 miles from the venue. A number of delegates and members of the organising committee will be staying Friday night at the Premier Inn Newbury South and will meet for dinner in the on-site Thyme Bar and Grill; we recommend you book accommodation as soon as possible and advise us if you wish to join us for dinner.
